Moonleaf is a member of OBOD and the AODA.
The poetry he writes is of forests and streams, wild meadows and birdsong, yet there is something more to it too; a quiet voice of Presence, of something he once realised is looking through his eyes at all that is itself.
He lives in a little cottage in Austria, surrounded by forest.
I stare in a way that does not see
in my far-off look
a solitude lengthens...
I have altered somehow
yet before you
I have remained completely unchanged
like a rain turned clear before the ocean
its colourless water
brings you my eyes.
